Dr. Leopoldsberger + Partner provides valuation expertise for domestic as well as for international clients. The valuation company is specialised in the valuation of commercial properties and portfolio valuations. Valuations of residential portfolios are also offered.

Depending on the client needs we prepare our valuation reports according to German law based on the German Immobiienwertermittlungsverordnung (ImmoWertV) or according to the standards issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Appraisal Institute (AI).

Head of the company is Prof. Dr. Gerrit Leopoldsberger FRICS, MAI. He is a Professor for Real Estate Valuation Campus of Real Estate at Nuertingen-Geislingen University, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London and Member of the Appraisal Institute, Chicago.
